About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of salon operations, including bookings, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Efficiently handle inventory to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Assist in managing daytoday salon activities, ensuring the space is organized and wellmaintained at all times.
Help maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and managing online presence.
Exhibit exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Manage all daytoday employee operations

Desired Qualities:

Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a salon or customer service environment.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage the salon in the owner's absence.
Maturity and professionalism to take charge of the front desk operations and handle responsibilities independently.
Techsavvy individual comfortable with social media management and creating engaging content.
