Phenomic AI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated scientist to support biologics production, characterization, and optimization of biotherapeutics.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing biotech company with a bold vision.

Major responsibilities
- Execute inhouse production and characterization of multispecific antibodies for biochemical/biophysical screening and in vitro/vivo functional studies.
- Perform biophysical properties assessment of diverse biologics molecules including chemical stability, solubility, polyspecificity and polyreactivity.
- Contribute to antibody/nanobody lead discovery efforts by executing highthroughput screening campaigns.
- Interpret results and present/communicate with crossfunctional colleagues for successful execution and completion of projects.
- Stay scientifically current and contribute to the implementation of new technology and instrumentation.
- Ensure effective and timely documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in biochemistry, structure biology, biomedical engineering, or other life science disciplines + 5 years of relevant experiences
- Skilled in protein expression in mammalian cells and protein purification using various chromatography methods and instruments such as AKTA FPLC.
- Experience with protein analytic techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, SLS/DLS, and BLI/SPR based proteinprotein interaction characterization is a plus.
- Experience preclinical development of antibodybased biotherapeutics is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and data analysis skills. Outstanding troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Highly adaptable to a fastpaced work environment and capable to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams.
