Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Cornwall Centre VW team

Responsibilities will include;
- managing a team of technicians, service advisors, appointment coordinator, warranty specialist and wash bay
- ensuring work in shop gets completed in a timely manner and that the team is being productive and efficient
- ensure that clients needs are met and that department CSI is achieved.
- manage employee reviews and consistent feedback to ensure they excel in their roles
- ensure manufacturer training is completed
- ensure warranty claims submitted are accurate
- maintain safe work environment by ensuring health and safety measures are followed

Required skills/experience
- bilingual considered an asset(English/French)
