    An ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure in this very fast paced office and the ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner is essential.

    Perform event ticketing management duties on-site at venues on day of show.
    Perform any administrative duties as required and assigned by the Senior Ticketing Manager.
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience.
    Knowledge of ticketing software, specifically Ticketmaster Host and TM1, is a strong asset.
    Strong knowledge of box office or similar operations.
    Excellent administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Available to work evenings and weekends as required.

    Sitting for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
