Job summary

The Call Centre Room Booking Coordinator reports to the Associate Registrar and Manager of Enrolment Services and is responsible for operating the main campus switchboard,
room bookings coordination for Cranbrook and Gold Creek campuses facilities,
and providing administrative support for Enrolment Services.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have an Office Administration Certificate or equivalent post-secondary coursework along with a minimum two years of related work experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Candidates must have strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software,
