Job summary
The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.Daily Tasks but not limited to Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff Boxing and unboxing daily shipments Stocking daily products on shelves Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store Providing good customer service resolving customer issues Ensuring store safety cleanliness standards are maintained Performing cash management store opening closing duties as needed Following up on assigned tasks Conducting manager-on-duty tasks making sure daily breaks time attendance are properly tracked participating in hiring performance management process What Do You Need to Succeed Approximately one year of relevant experience in retail industry At least one year supervisory role Flexible availability day evening weekend Excellent communication interpersonal abilities Demonstrated leadership organizational teamwork skills Ability to multitask prioritize work fast-paced high-volume environment Customer service oriented Why Join Our Team Stimulating diverse working environment Competitive compensation benefits package Company matched pension plan Tailor-made training integration program Opportunity develop retail management skills pursue career within company Applicable full-time employees only An employee achieves full-time status after working minimum hours per week for consecutive weeks grace period below hours>
