What You'll Do

We are excited to announce our search for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Field Effect and be the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams.

As a BDR, you will be seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and partners.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Top performers have the potential for internal career growth in the field of insides sales/account management.

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Present our company to potential clients and partners
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings between prospective clients, partners, and Partner Account Managers
Reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly results
Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Skills & experience we look for

12 years experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and helping the team meet sales quotas
Excellent communication skills
Resilient
Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving quotas
Experience with CRM software
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
