Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the initial friendly point of contact for customers
  • Handle cash register transactions using cash, check, debit, credit, and gift cards
  • Reconcile cash register and manage financial documentation
  • Organize showroom inventory and maintain workspace cleanliness
  • Manage refunds and exchanges

Qualifications

  • Experience in cash handling and customer service is desirable
  • Proficient interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with customers cordially, enthusiastically, and positively, both in-person and over the phone
  • Keen eye for detail, effective time management, and adept problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, juggling multiple tasks concurrently
  • Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday to Monday)
Commencing wage is $16.75 per hour.
