Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial friendly point of contact for customers
Handle cash register transactions using cash, check, debit, credit, and gift cards
Reconcile cash register and manage financial documentation
Organize showroom inventory and maintain workspace cleanliness
Manage refunds and exchanges

Qualifications

Experience in cash handling and customer service is desirable
Proficient interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with customers cordially, enthusiastically, and positively, both in-person and over the phone
Keen eye for detail, effective time management, and adept problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, juggling multiple tasks concurrently
Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs
Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday to Monday)

Commencing wage is $16.75 per hour.
