Description
Established Marketing- Developing and monitoring work plans and budgets, obtaining proper sign-offs and carefully directing workflow at all stages of the project life cycle.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date hard and/or soft copy files on all projects.
- Reporting to clients regularly, meeting face-to-face when required, and maintaining an on-call availability to handle unforeseen challenges or to accommodate shifting or tight project deadlines.
- Be actively engaged in projects and working on creative deliverables.
- Preparing final project reports or debriefs for clients, when necessary.
- Assisting with proposal writing where needed.
- Proofreading any documents as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- Post-secondary education in Project Management or associated field.
- Self-supervision, takes responsibility for meeting deadlines.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure, under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with different clients with a variety of different personality types represented.
- Experience using Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in WordPress is an asset.
- Experience overseeing the quality control of others' work.
- Experience with Google Forms, Sheets, etc.
- Experience with magazine publishing is an asset.
- KanBan and Hubspot experience is an asset.
- Experience using Adobe products including InDesign and Illustrator
- Prepress experience is an asset.
