Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for completing assessments, writing behaviour support plans and supporting behaviour interventionists to work with children with complex needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop behaviour support plans
- Implement evidencebased interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and skill deficits
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals (SLPs, OTs, teachers and EAs)
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Participate in Zoom meetings during the first Friday of each month with other BCBA's, behaviour consultants and junior behaviour consultants
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing with the BACB
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
Job Type:

Salary:
$60.00-$70.00 per hour
