Panda Luxury Homes is a professional company which specializes in helping client with real estate services and build investment real estate portfolios in Greater Vancouver Region.

The company has a number of divisions specializing in areas such as Property Management, Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Building Residential Homes.

We are searching for a
Licensed Property Manager

Responsibility:

Establish and maintain professional working relationship with tenants, vendors, and coworkers to ensure smooth operation of the Property.
Coordinate complaint management and settle problem situations to clients' satisfaction;
Help develop and issue administrative and operational policies and procedures related to property management.
Prepare and administer contracts for property, such as leasing and renewal contracts
Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
Meet and ensure the smooth integration of new tenants.
Supervise movingout activities (elevators, access cards, keys, parking privileges, etc.) and make sure that the vacated premises meet all conditions stipulated in the lease.
Conduct showings and inspections of rental properties
Small errands and courier documents

Requirements:

Be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
Work independently and within our team organization;
Have strong people and communication skills;
Obtained Property Management License
Transportation to and from sites and office, ideally the incumbent would have a car.
Fluent in other languages
Proven efficiency in Excel and Word

Job Types:
