Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and analysis. Your expertise in quality assurance and data collection will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products
Utilize various tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to measure dimensions and ensure product specifications are met
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings
Coordinate the work flow of the shop maintaining communication with all workers, including supervision, scheduling and management
Maintain work flow as required to meet company deadlines
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
Proficient in conducting quality inspections and utilizing measurement tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound judgments
Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
