Job description
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for our Client, located in Mississauga.


Job Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must hold a valid Ontario Journeyman's license
  • Millwright
  • Graduate from a postsecondary College in conjunction with an accredited Apprenticeship program in Millwright trade

Responsibilities:


  • Responds and repairs machinebreakdowns.
  • Able to handle all small maintenance tasks.
  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Installs new plant equipment and systems, relocates existing equipment.
  • Fabricates equipment components, workstations and fixtures.
  • Modifies equipment to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Keeps an accurate record of procedures, hours, and materials.
  • Responds as needed to emergency situations outside of regularly scheduled hours.
  • Performs basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for general plant maintenance such as general plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Salary:
$39.02 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
