Family Wellness Supports Team Manager

Hourly wage:
$36-38/hr

Working as part of the VNFC Management Team and reporting directly to the Director of Family Development and Food Security, the Family Wellness Supports (FWS) and Food Security (FS) Team Manager provides both strategic and operational leadership to the FS and FWS Teams.

The FS Team provides food for VNFC programs and food hampers for community, while the FWS Team has a focus on empowerment for adults and youth, violence prevention and healing, and includes supports for land-based healing, mental health and wellness, and cultural connections.

This position will ensure that the work of the team is well integrated and managed to the benefit of the clients/community served.

Our team includes people of all Indigenous identities; some who are close to their communities and others who are on a path to learn more about their heritage.
