THE POSITION

The 50/50 and Marketing Coordinator for the CSEC Foundations primary responsibility is the growth and marketing of the CSEC 50/50 programs.

Emphasis will be placed on the procurement of prizing for five raffle programs along with creating and coordinating 50/50 marketing campaigns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead the procurement of prizing for the CSEC 50/50 raffles;
Create and coordinate marketing and sales campaigns for all five CSEC teams, 50/50 programs; sales campaigns run multiple times a month for each team;
Promote CSEC 50/50 programs through communication materials;
Create and coordinate design concepts for the raffle programs (graphic design);
Analyze and interpret raffle data and provide recommendations;
Schedule campaigns and prizing;
Identify new markets and potential customers;
Work with internal departments to market CSEC team raffles with the goal of increasing participation;
Coordinate and grow databases;
Manage and create internal data CRM system;
Create and update data management and research on 50/50 programs;
Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;
Other duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL

A diploma or degree within a related discipline such as: Business Management, Public Relations or Event Planning;
Minimum 13 years of event planning experience;
The ability to multitask and perform under pressure while meeting deadlines is crucial;
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal);
Intermediate to advanced skills using all Microsoft, Social Media platforms.
