- Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
- Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
- Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.
- Supporting the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
- Assessing training needs, developing and supporting training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
- Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)
- Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field preferred
- At least two years of relevant experience in organizational change management
- Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS), video production, and graphic design software preferred
- Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks.
- Proactive self-starter; ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
