Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to our grooming services, competitions, and educational programs.
• Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination between clients and grooming professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our database systems.
• Collaborate with team members to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience throughout their interaction with Groom Team Canada Inc.
• Contribute to the development of client support materials, such as FAQs and educational resources, to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or client support roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge or interest in pet grooming and animal welfare is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with database systems is advantageous.

Part-time


Pay:
$18.45-$20.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
