Description
Relevant experience in instrumentation and monitoring or other construction-related field experience (such as surveying, geotechnical engineering etc.)- A selfstarter attitude and be able to work alone and in a collaborative environment. You will be required to schedule and plan your own work and support team members, so excellent time management skills are essential.
- Must be mechanically inclined and have experience working with hand tools and drills.
- Physically able as activities are required such as: carrying equipment and loading and unloading materials.
- Ability and willingness to travel with your own vehicle, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Our work requires driving in urban environments, including on 400series highways and in downtown Toronto. Mileage and parking reimbursed for travel from our office to client sites.
- Knowledge working in Microsoft Office and cloudbased computing.
- Experience working with various survey technology, including robotic total stations, automated total stations, digital levels, field computers, etc.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment; a lot of our work is within the heavy civil construction industry and you will spend a lot of time on construction sites.
- Ability to follow company Health and Safety policy, OHSA, and PPE requirements.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Must have valid G driver licence
- Must have your own vehicle
Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
