Sales Agent - Toronto, Canada - GRAND TOURING AUTOMOBILES
Description
Plans and organizes daily routine:
i.e., owner follow-up, un-sold customers, confirmation of outstanding delivery dates and times - Maintains current product knowledge benefits and features for comprehensive sales presentations - Prepares annual sales and delivery forecasts - Adheres to company "Commitment to Excellence" delivery procedures - Maintains a "Commitment to Excellence" average above the Toronto Manufacturer's zone average in each category - Telephones all sold customers within seven days of vehicle delivery for satisfaction levels - Consistently strives to maximize customer satisfaction - Prospects customers on and off the dealership on a regular basis - Prospects and follows-up referrals daily - Maintains files on all sold and unsold customers - Introduces each sold client to a Business - Attends a participates in all weekly morning general sales meetings - Notifies switchboard upon arrival and leaving each day - Walks new and used vehicle lots at least twice a week for general inventory knowledge - Maintains a working knowledge of all products for sale including warranties, chemicals, and finance plans - Attends Manufacturer's training sessions and meetings as required - Maintains a working knowledge in all facets of retail leasing policies and procedures - Ensures management approval is obtained prior to offering any discounts/incentives to customers - Promotes Dealership in a positive image at all times - Abides by committee decisions on any/all split deals - Maintains a high score average in product knowledge quizzes - Attends and participates in off-showroom floor activities, i.e., auto shows, etc.
- Knows, understands, and applies the motor vehicle dealers act the business practices act, consumer protection act, competition act and any other acts as they may relate to his/her job - Obtains prior management approval for any advertising - Refrains from smoking when in presence of customers - Ensures all safety policy and procedures in accordance with IAPA, WHIMS and company are strictly adhered to - Performs other related dutiesBenefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
