Responsibilities:

Building, managing, and monitoring ILI's IT system, troubleshooting errors, and updating and upgrading hardware and software.
Work with external resources to support IT requirements.
Responsible for network administration, site IT maintenance and IT system user support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software and other operating systems.
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and proactively implement issues to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
Work with team members to identify IT needs and implement appropriate solutions.
Provide technical support to team members, addressing and resolving ITrelated problems in a timely and effective manner.
Provide and seek to continuously improve IT systems.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer technology or related field.
Minimum of 23 years experience in related field
Experience with Active Directory, G Suite, and network administration.
Strong project and management skills.
The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional service is required.
Ability to work with suppliers and others that may be remote to the site.
Ability to troubleshoot moderately difficult problems, providing clear alternatives.
Seeks to implement continuous improvement by defining specific measurable objectives.
A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
Does not require direct supervision.
Works and effectively communicates at all levels of the company.
Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
