Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Execute precise framing tasks according to project specifications.
Utilize advanced skills in backframing and deficiencies.
Identify and address deficiencies promptly, maintaining highquality standards throughout the construction process.
Collaborate with foremen, and other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter/Framer, with a focus on backframing and deficiencies preferred.
Indepth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary:
$25.00-$40.00 per hour
