Reporting to the Director of Service, the Project Manager - Service provides the necessary leadership to bid, plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control assigned projects.

Along with your project team, you will be given control of your project to deliver it on time while keeping your client engaged and informed throughout.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Here's what your daytoday looks like:_
  • Ability to adapt each day as you bid, plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control assigned projects
  • Through collaboration with our Safety team, ensuring site safety meets Lindsay policy and legislated requirements
  • Guide your team towards efficient operation and coordination of all aspects of assigned projects, including cost estimate, gross profit, schedule, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and timely collection of progress billings, final payment, and holdback
  • Promote Lindsay to present, past, and potential future clients
  • Work cooperatively with other project teams

Job Requirements:


  • Experience running all aspects of commercial/ industrial construction projects in excess of 100K
  • Postsecondary education in a relevant discipline
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications, estimates, job cost reports, and legal documents
  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing
  • Organizational ability to effectively work on several projects concurrently
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise the work of others
  • Ability to address to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community
