Job summary
We're hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to embed within our strategic customers and deliver on high-impact, technically complex customer projects. That includes scoping, building, and deploying complex integrations that connect customer systems to CoLab,accelerating adoption and increasing their return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of strategic customer projects from technical discovery through to production deployment and success measures
- Build and deploy complex system integrations backend services data pipelines interface with enterprise systems including data lakes identity management access controls solutions product lifecycle management plm enterprise resource planning erp solutions stand up cobalt integrations organize incoming data enable use features auto review design implement new ai powered interfaces validation uis natural language chat collaborate directly customers understand needs propose solutions guide adoption contribute back codify repeatable work internal tools patterns documentation give product feedback sharpens roadmap improves real world performance features auto review enterprise api
