JOB SUMMARY
- Lead, coach and mobilize operations' employeeson theirrespectiveshift
- Ensure compliance with policies,procedures,standardsandregulationsinforceinthe warehouseandactively participateinimprovingthose (OHS,BRC, HACCP, etc.)
- Participatein the management ofdisciplinaryfilesandcomplaintsincollaboration with the management and human resources services
- Conductaccidents' investigationsandparticipatein the analyzes
- Participateinthe correctivemeasures' implementation
- Proactively actinginidentifyingproblemsand implementingsolutions
- Provideprompt,efficientandcourteous serviceto clients
- Ensurethatemployeeshavereceivedtraining andinformationnecessarytoperformtheirwork
- Communicate relevantinformationto theothershift(s)
- Checkreceiptsandshipmentstoensurethe accuracyofinformationrequire.
- Ensurethat picturesaretaken asneeded(shipping & receivingproducts, damaged equipment, etc.)
- Conductresearchasneededin thecomputerizedsystem
- Actively participatein reaching the objectives and work on the continuous improvement of performance
- Approveemployees'hoursassignedto the shift
- Carry outvariousreports
- Workincollaboration withothersteammembers
- Carry outallotherrelated tasks
EDUCTION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Collegial study diploma
- At least five (5) years relevant experience
- Experience in employees' management
- Or any equivalent combination work/studies

Please note, this is a full time position being offered for Sunday to Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am _
