Reporting to the Operations Manager and in collaboration with the other supervisor(s), the incumbent's main responsibilities will be:

JOB SUMMARY

Lead, coach and mobilize operations' employeeson theirrespectiveshift
Ensure compliance with policies,procedures,standardsandregulationsinforceinthe warehouseandactively participateinimprovingthose (OHS,BRC, HACCP, etc.)
Participatein the management ofdisciplinaryfilesandcomplaintsincollaboration with the management and human resources services
Conductaccidents' investigationsandparticipatein the analyzes
Participateinthe correctivemeasures' implementation
Proactively actinginidentifyingproblemsand implementingsolutions
Provideprompt,efficientandcourteous serviceto clients
Ensurethatemployeeshavereceivedtraining andinformationnecessarytoperformtheirwork
Communicate relevantinformationto theothershift(s)
Checkreceiptsandshipmentstoensurethe accuracyofinformationrequire.
Ensurethat picturesaretaken asneeded(shipping & receivingproducts, damaged equipment, etc.)
Conductresearchasneededin thecomputerizedsystem
Actively participatein reaching the objectives and work on the continuous improvement of performance
Approveemployees'hoursassignedto the shift
Carry outvariousreports
Workincollaboration withothersteammembers
Carry outallotherrelated tasks

EDUCTION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Collegial study diploma
At least five (5) years relevant experience
Experience in employees' management
Or any equivalent combination work/studies
