Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Finance Manager in organizing and maintaining all dealership paperwork and files
  • Split deals with salespeople and ensure all necessary documents are completed and accurate
  • Write up and submit finance and lease contracts to lenders
  • Assist with locating vehicles for customers and tracking inventory
  • Assist in reconciling and processing dealership financial records
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager as needed

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Has an Amvic License or willing to and can obtain one
  • 12 years of experience in administrative support or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with "Dealertrack" dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset
  • Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with mínimal supervision
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and dealership operations preferred

Salary:
$37,000.00-$70,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
