Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in organizing and maintaining all dealership paperwork and files
- Split deals with salespeople and ensure all necessary documents are completed and accurate
- Write up and submit finance and lease contracts to lenders
- Assist with locating vehicles for customers and tracking inventory
- Assist in reconciling and processing dealership financial records
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Has an Amvic License or willing to and can obtain one
- 12 years of experience in administrative support or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with "Dealertrack" dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset
- Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of automotive industry and dealership operations preferred
Salary:
$37,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
