YOUR ROLE

The head cashier's main tasks are:

Handle human resources for the cashier team (hiring, training, scheduling, etc.), in collaboration with the manager
Take care of welcoming and onboarding new employees in your cashier team
Motivate and mobilize the cashier team
Ensure the quality of the service offered by our cashiers
Take care of various cash register operations (balancing, ordering change, etc.)
Welcome customers with enthusiasm and a courteous manner
Provide quick professional service with a smile
Offer customers the Benny&Co. experience
Accurately take customers' orders and suggest additional products to complement their meal
Contribute to a positive work environment
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
