About Me


I'm an e-commerce business owner with a team of 22 incredible people and a VERY busy schedule looking for help managing everything I do on a daily basis.

While you'll have some tasks that involve the rest of the company, most of your work will be for me personally, both in-person and virtually.


Responsibilities

  • Taking my cars to appointments (oil, service, detailing etc.)
  • Running errands (picking up food, dry cleaning, buying toilet paper, etc.)
  • Finding and buying items online (clothes, contact lenses, amazon, etc.)
  • Researching (how to do xyz, where to buy xyz, etc.)
  • Finding, hiring, firing, assisting and managing people that support you (cleaner, car detailer, etc.)
  • Booking travel and finding things to do
  • Sending out and picking up mail / packages
  • Pay bills (speeding tickets, parking tickets, 407etr, fedex, etc.)
  • Making calls on my behalf
  • Setting and sometimes attending appointments
  • Taking out the garbage & recycling, washing & folding clothes, and making the bed
  • Completing miscellaneous tasks


As time goes on, the role will include more responsibilities and some of the existing responsibilities may be changed or removed.


The Perfect Fit For This Role Is

Available throughout the day (We'll have a weekly schedule with set times where you need to be 100% available. Outside of these scheduled times, do your best to be available, but no hard feelings if there are unscheduled times where you can't do x,y,z)

Always on time or early (This applies to deadlines between us (i.e. set arrival and departure times) as well as appointments made with others (i.e. bringing my car to get detailed). Planning ahead will make this easy)

Extremely self sufficient (If I have to constantly give you direction, help you out, answer questions, etc. that defeats the entire purpose of this role and instead adds more to my plate. Of course at the beginning I'll show you what's needed, help you out, etc. but that can't continue long term)

Extremely organized (Tying into the points above, you'll have to be very organized in how you structure your days / weeks, etc. so that you're always on time, know exactly what you're doing and when, etc. Beyond this, you'll eventually be managing my calendar, which also needs to be organized)

Within 15 minutes of Liberty Village with a valid driver's license (You'll be doing in-person work on a daily basis, with some of it being time sensitive. Having a vehicle is optional)


Salary & Working Hours


This is a part-time job with an estimated 10-20 hours per week of work at the beginning, which will slowly work up to 30-40 hours per week.

Pay is $30 an hour, paid bi-weekly.

You'll be responsible for tracking and logging your worked hours, as well as sending them in before each pay day.

We'll have a set schedule of where you're 100% available and/or working with me in-person along with after hours. All of which will be discussed together.
