Fast-paced manufacturing company seeking a full-time General Labourer who is eager to grow with the business. This role will work under the supervision of the Shop Supervisor. Working hours from 7:00am - 3:30 Monday to Friday, with overtime as required by the company.


DESCRIPTION:

• General daily cleanup of shop work area and machines.
• General machine maintenance and upkeep.
• Pickup and delivery of material/supplies.
• Basic material prep for machining.
• Painting, sealing, sanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid G license & clean driving abstract
  must be over age 25 to drive the company van.
• Ability to use basic shop tools/machinery.
• Woodworking experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Very organized and detailedoriented.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Selfdisciplined and able to prioritize tasks and complete these tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Can work to tight deadlines.
• Valid Forklift license/experience an asset.
• EDUCATION: high school diploma (Possible apprenticeship opportunities available)
• START DATE: as soon as possible
