What You Will Do With Us (The Job)


Reporting to the Sales Manager, the
Sales Associate - Commercial role is a great place to start your career in the industry.

You will learn all the things you need to know to become a successful Outside Sales Representative in the electrical distribution space.

Expectations

  • Grow sales and margin with an initial book of Business.
  • Grow portfolio size by prospecting new accounts and leads
  • Account and portfolio management using Salesforce
  • Secure and manage contracts/agreements with manufactures
  • Work and collaborate with service departments to deliver top customer service
  • Work with Inside Sales, Branch Managers & Account Managers to build Business and solutions at customers
  • Collect and manage market feedback on commodities

Who Are You

  • You are a team player, enthusiastic and motivated to win.
  • You have 23 years of related sales experience.
  • You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships.
  • You have a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • You have excellent negotiation skills.
