- College and/or High School Grade 12 graduate with one year of phone handling and/or customer service work experience in a busy work environment
- Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Good working knowledge in computer software for Windows, such as Word, Excel & Power Point

- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and direct calls as required on a promptly basis
- Screen incoming calls for appropriate personnel when directed by Management.
- Greet visitors in a professional and hospitable manner, ensure the visitors sign in Log is complete and security procedures are being followed at all times
- Prepare documentation and arrange for couriers as required for all Departments, track delivery status as needed
- Sort and distribute all incoming mails and date stamp them.
- Prepare outgoing mails for correct postage and ready for pickup by the mail person on a daily basis.
- Order office supplies as required via our purchasing requisition system.
- Ensure the front reception area stays clean, tidy and presentation as per our 5S requirements at all times
- Ensure the AODA (Accessibility Ontarians Disability Acts) is being followed at all times.
- Support Finance, Human Resources, Health & Safety and other Admin duties as required.

- Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or certain clothing as required by the company.
