Job Overview:

(AGM) to support our General Manager in all company activities. This role requires a versatile individual capable of performing a variety of technical, administrative, and managerial tasks, including on-site client work and international travel. Responsibilities:


  • Generate revenue by executing billable work, including but not limited to IT support services, hosting management, and other technical tasks as required.
  • Assemble workstations and servers, perform hardware repairs and upgrades both in-office and at client locations.
  • Travel to client locations for on-site work, including hardware installations, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Conduct meet & greets with new and potential clients, fostering strong client relationships and promoting our services.
  • Drive business development initiatives to acquire new clients.
  • Write scripts for task automation and system management.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to plan and execute business strategies, set goals, and determine KPIs.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle purchasing of hardware and software, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction issues.
  • Generate invoices using our ticketing and accounting software.
  • Conduct regular bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial reporting.
  • Participate in setting and reviewing budgets, managing cost efficiency across all departments.
  • Involved in the determination of salary structures, including individual compensation packages, ensuring they align with company financial capabilities and industry standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Attend and contribute to high-level meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards within the industry.
  • Continually evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Travel internationally as needed for client and business needs.

Requirements:


  • Proven ability to generate revenue by providing billable IT services.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in assembling and repairing IT hardware, writing scripts, and managing various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, BSD).
  • Extensive experience with troubleshooting issues with provided and third-party client hardware or software and working with vendor support to resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in using LibreOffice, osTicket, and NewViews accounting software.
  • Knowledge of regular bookkeeping and tax filing processes.
  • Bondable with clean driver's abstract.
  • Demonstrated ability in client relationship building and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven field experience in lieu of degrees is acceptable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical staff and clients.
  • Strong business acumen, with proficiency in financial management, strategic planning and compensation/salary structuring.
  • Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on excellence in every aspect of business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

From $100,000.00 per year
