Dunn's Famous on Decarie is known for its fabulous Smoked Meat.We have built a strong and loyal customer base by offering fantastic food and service over the last 15 years of being in operation.

We offer competitive salaries, and the kitchen team also shares tips. Tips are based on a scaled percentage and range between $1-$4 an hour.
Schedule:
Evenings from 6pm-4am OR 8pm to 4am
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of Smoked Meat cutting experience at a reputable restaurant (preferred) Or 2+ years experience as a Butcher.
- Strong meat management (rotation)
- Strong understanding of smoked meat cooking (Asset)
- The ability to cut thin and nice slices.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Team player A passion for smoked meat (Asset)
- Ability to multitask
