The Role
Our mission at Cymax Group is to break down all barriers to make multi-channel commerce easy.

As a Logistics Coordinator with Freight Club Operations, you will be the acting liaison between the shipper, the carrier, and the consignee.

You will be working to ensure all shipments are delivered and received as scheduled. You are passionate about customer experience, and have a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do

Oversee and ensure shipments have proper paperwork, registrations and leave on time
Liaise between the carrier and the consignee or the internal representatives at Freight Club
Troubleshoot when issues arise for orders in transit
Provide chat and phone support for B2B clients inquiring about their pickups
Ensure product information communicated to the carriers are correct
Respond to vendor or carrier inquiries.
Escalate any IT issues when it comes to order processing.
Ensuring custom quote requests are fulfilled within 244
Work cross departmentally with Customer Service, Sales & Product to improve Customer experience

Who You Are

Background in logistics and/or shipping is an asset
Previous experience with Logistical/Freight business process an asset
Customer Service experience
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, flexibility and a customercentric approach
Intermediate Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, changing environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
