Description

This position requires an individual with a customer service focus who is able to work in a team environment and demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills.

• Providing assistance to our Manager and occasionally to our Customer Service Representatives
• Organizing, scanning and archiving documents
• Communicate with our clients, process payments and input information in our data entry system.
• Preparing client correspondence and other documentation as required.
• Call to set up meetings with our partners, inquire with various organizations for ordering of supplies and pricing.
• Keep an updated schedule for appointments and deadlines.
• General office administrative duties.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment and have excellent organization skills.
• Positive attitude and self motivated.
• Demonstrate the ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Valid driver's license

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Thunder Bay, ON P7B5Z3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Secondary School (preferred)

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
