Energy Powersports is looking for organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join their team in Oakville At Energy Powersports, employees come from diverse backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: their passion for motorsports If you enjoy working with the public, have a genuine desire to help them set off on new adventures and have a pretty solid knowledge of watercrafts, snowmobiles, ATVs, 3-wheel motorcycles and power boats, we want to hear from you

The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include:

Following the sales process (greeting, qualifying, product presentation, etc.)
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer.
Creating and managing of personal marketing strategies via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, etc.)
Understanding customer needs and providing them with a complete solution to any concerns, including Financing options, Product warranty, etc.
Manages customer concerns and problems in a prompt manner.
Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner.
Ensure a clean and professionallooking showroom, including effective display, organization, and cleaning of units.
Additional duties as assigned.
