    Role description:

    • Be responsible for defining, planning, organizing and delivering initiatives (features, epics) of multidisciplinary teams
    • Supervise and facilitate the daily activities of the multidisciplinary teams under your responsibility
    • Work in close collaboration with the product managers (Product Owner), the Scrum Masters, the other Release Train Engineers and the project manager
    • Support managers in the sound management of projects (budgets, schedule, risks and issues, etc.)
    • Act as " coach" with less experienced colleagues in the use of the agile methodology and propose improvements that support the delivery of functionalities
    • Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions
    • Raise and manage inherent risks and issues in a constant and proactive manner
    • Produce various reports allowing monitoring of the progress of project/train work and provide progress statuses, while adapting communication to the audience
    • Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
    • Promote communication within teams and between teams to ensure good transparency
    • Support your team and other RTE / PO / project managers / Scrum Master in the management of interdependencies and blockers

    Requirements:

    • Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience or other diploma and several years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of the SAFe Framework and agile methodologies
    • Knowledge and Certification of the SAFe role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master (SM), essential
    • Experience in delivery projects
    • Analytical skills and critical thinking
    • Ability to popularize issues, risks and business objectives
    • Good communication and ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
    • Be resourceful, team player and good communicator
    • Cooperate effectively, be accountable
    • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
    • French required. English an asset (you may have to speak with English-speaking suppliers)
