Job Overview:

Logistics Coordinator is primary responsible for managing inventory and supplies for our franchisees.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be communicating with suppliers and franchisees to ensure that demands are meet timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Consult regularly with clients, suppliers, and Production Managers
Manage material acquisition, including raw materials.
Keep track of incoming and outgoing products, equipment, or materials
Keep detailed spreadsheets of the workflow (past, current, and future)
Coordinate shipments for delivery, including managing necessary personnel, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise.
Process freight claims and billing.
Travel to the company's warehouses and inventory outlets to assess and streamline operations.
Analyze and optimize the company's logistics processes.
Ensure shipping methods comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations.

Requirements:

Secondary school diploma.
12 years of experience in a logistics support role.
Experience using common logistics software.
