The Secretary III (Planning Services) is responsible for the provision of wide ranging and relatively complex clerical support to the Community Building & Planning Services Department.

This position is specifically assigned to support the Planning Services team while also working closely with two other Secretaries responsible for other service areas related to Building and Bylaw.

The role involves supporting Advisory Bodies, assisting with the coordination of public engagement events related to projects, providing direct service to the public, in addition to maintenance of clerical and records management systems important to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
