**CE QUI T'ATTEND**

Tu te joindras au département de la Planification, une équipe dynamique et innovatrice. Tu auras comme principal mandat de planifier les commandes en collaboration avec l'équipe de production, tu devras surtout t'assurer de respecter les échéanciers.

**DANS LE CONCRET C'EST QUOI **
- Comprendre le processus global de l'entreprise afin de bien déterminer les capacités de production dans les départements;
- Évaluer chaque nouvelle commande en déterminant la date de livraison et la date de mise en production;
- Importer la recette de chaque commande et en faire la vérification;
- Planifier la commande en fonction de la charge de travail automatique;
- Préparer et animer des rencontres quotidiennes avec l'équipe de production (achat, logistique, mise en production);
- Ajuster les commandes de vente interne (CVI) en fonction de la réelle date de mise en production;
- Collaborer avec le département de l'approvisionnement afin d'établir le ETA (estimated time of arrival) de la marchandise.

**NOUS VOULONS VRAIMENT TE RENCONTRER SI**
- Tu as un BAC en administration des affaires, en gestion des opérations ou génie industriel.
- Tu as un minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Tu maîtrises l'anglais et le français parlé et écrit.
- Ton niveau d'aisance avec Excel avancé et tu es très à l'aise avec l'informatique.
- Tu as une bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP.
- Tu sais prioriser les urgences.
- Tu mets le client (interne et externe) au centre de tes priorités.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

You will join the Planning Department, a dynamic and innovative team. Your main mandate will be to plan orders in collaboration with the production team, and above all, you will have to ensure that deadlines are met.

**IN THE CONCTRE, IT IS WHAT **
- Understand the company's overall process to determine the production capacities of the departments
- Evaluate each new order by determining the delivery date and the production start date
- Import the recipe for each order and verify it
- Plan the order according to the automatic workload
- Prepare and facilitate daily meetings with the production team (purchasing, logistics, production start-up)
- Adjust internal sales orders (ISC) based on actual production release date
- Collaborate with the procurement department to establish the ETA (estimated time of arrival) of the merchandise.

- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
- You have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
