Developmental Service Worker / Community Connector:

  • Our focus is to support, inspire and enrich the lives of people with developmental challenges by assisting them in achieving their goals and dreams, to build relationships and social roles and explore new experiences and opportunities. We need people who are available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evening, nights, weekends and statutory holidays. Job duties may include assisting people with personal care, bathing, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, administering medications, meal preparation etc.
Must have Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid 1st Aid certificate an asset.


Must provide evidence of fully COVID-19 vaccination within 60 days of hire or provide appropriate documentation supporting medical or other reason that is protected under the Ontario Human Rights Code for not submitting proof of vaccination.

Developmental Service Worker Responsibilities:_


Before you begin, you will be trained (this is paid) We have many different areas of service, for instance, you could be helping someone in group living or you could be off to a local event, a concert, a sports game, and more, while helping increase community connections for you and the person supported.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

$24.99-$26.88 per hour
