Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common eBike issues
  • Gather required evidence for warranty claims
  • Monitor all service and warranty work orders and ensure that customers are updated on progress
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with Technicians to resolve complex repairs

Requirements:


  • Experience with bikes and electric bikes
  • Experience with Bafang products preferred
  • Prior experience working in a bike shop or customerfacing role
  • Proven record of quotas
  • Effective communication skills
  • People person nature
  • Works well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient bike riding skills is a bonus
Compensation will be dependent on work experience and value provided to the company.


Salary:
$43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Customer service and support: 3 years (required)
