Service Advisor - Richmond, Canada - Rize Bikes
Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common eBike issues
- Gather required evidence for warranty claims
- Monitor all service and warranty work orders and ensure that customers are updated on progress
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with Technicians to resolve complex repairs
Requirements:
- Experience with bikes and electric bikes
- Experience with Bafang products preferred
- Prior experience working in a bike shop or customerfacing role
- Proven record of quotas
- Effective communication skills
- People person nature
- Works well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient bike riding skills is a bonus
Salary:
$43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service and support: 3 years (required)
