Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise systems including system administration testing maintenance troubleshooting vendor coordination Lead the full lifecycle of custom code developmentfrom design testing deployment maintenance documentationintegrating AI where applicable Utilize AI tools build identify efficiencies based current technologies employed by organization Develop maintain technical documentation administrative records contribute organizational knowledge repository Support ERP CRM users assisting new modified custom reports collaborating Business Applications Analysts Assess address technical impacts system workflow changes upgrades application-related initiatives Contribute development technical solutions scripts meet business requirements configuration design input.
