As a Montreal-based client facing delivery manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services to clients.

Your role will involve managing client relationships, understanding their needs and requirements, and effectively communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Here is a general job description for a client facing delivery manager:

Project Management: Lead and oversee the endtoend project management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of client projects.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all projectrelated matters. Understand client objectives, expectations, and requirements, and ensure that they are effectively communicated to the project team.
Delivery Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, while meeting quality standards.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote effective communication among team members.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, such as senior management, business partners, and thirdparty vendors, to ensure alignment and coordination across different project initiatives.

Skills:
Experience delivering projects that include technologies - Java, Cloud, DevOps, DB2/Sybase, exposure to AI/ML will be a big plus

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
$130,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
