Role Summary

As a Service Express Insider, you will represent the hotel throughout the guest's stay, providing a warm welcome and farewell to all guests, arranging and managing any vehicle transportation, assisting guests with directions and perform as the first and last impression for them.

Job Duties

Assist arriving guests with their luggage and directing them to the Front Desk.
Assist departure guests and offer assistance with luggage (store it or carry to the vehicle or awaiting taxi).
Ensure that each piece of luggage stored has a Hotel Belmont Vancouver MGallery luggage tag on and the owner of the luggage receives the other part of the luggage tag.
Offer to call and assist any guests requiring a taxi with calling one for them to the hotel.
Delivers all guest luggage, letters, parcels to the guestrooms.
Assist guests with using the hotelprovided bicycles and ensure all paperwork is completed and safety equipment is provided prior to departing with the bicycle.
Provide guests information about directions, the hotel, hotel area and local tourist attractions.
Provide guests directions to places of interest, sightseeing, and shopping areas as requested.
Ensure proper collection of luggage carts from guest floors are returned to the hotel lobby and disinfect the carts after each use.
Show the checked in guests to their rooms, make sure that everything in the room is in order (check the lights, ventilation, and heating) as requested.
Inform respective hotel teams if any equipment is not working properly, report any issues so that it can be repaired.
Note any security concerns throughout the hotel and address them to management for follow up.
Other duties as assigned.
