What you'll do:

The core function of this role is to lead a team of accident benefits claim adjusters.
This position works closely with other FLM's to establish and implement AB claim strategies that will mitigate risk, rehabilitate claimants, and provide an excellent customer experience.
Responsible for the technical, performance and professional development of their team.
Provides input on technical training content / programs.
Build, plan, and implement claims management processes that support appropriate claim resolution.
Responsible for addressing customer services inquiries from brokers, insureds, vendors, and/or legal representatives.
Working with other departments on special initiatives and projects, provide input on project committee and steering committees, as required.

Accident Benefits experience preferred
