Job Summary:

The Director of Maintenance will lead the development and improvement of preventive maintenance procedures for tractors, management and optimization of mechanical workshops in Canada, as well as develop and improve maintenance strategies and related performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preventive maintenance procedures for tractors;

• Manage mechanical workshops in Canada (Coteau-du-Lac, Napanee, Windsor, Calgary);

• Promote collaboration with the team covering trailers to follow up on preventive trailer maintenance;

• Closely monitor budget to optimize maintenance costs;
