Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Description:

Update the logistics systems;
Prepare and organize inspection processes;
Coordinate sampling measures;
Ensure the traceability of supply units;
Communicate useful information with the yard employees;
Dispatch the truckers;
Provide truckers and subcontractors with bills of lading; and
Assist the logistics team with all other related tasks.

We are seeking someone who:

Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain management or any related field.

Bilingual (French/English)

Oral/written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other inventory management software.
Open to working in a dirty/changing environment.
Flexible work schedule.
Open minded, innovative, responsible, autonomous.
Demonstrates initiative and able to work in a team.
Strong sense of customer service.
