- Responsible for developing and improving models for new and existing furnaces
- Finding any quality or performance related issues and provide guidance in problem resolution
- Manages the modelling process from information request to final report
- Set clear guidelines for design and/or process changes.
- Continuous improvement
- Other tasks as assigned
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent required
- 3 -5 years of experience in structural/ fabrication design
- Previous experience with Industrial furnaces preferred
- Hands on Solidworks experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to travel locally to meet with suppliers
