Responsibilities
- Monitoring system changes before delivered to production.
- Support Daily data processing monitoring the data processing system remediation of any issues to ensure Production meets SLA on-Call support during 3rd shift and weekend to support DP system coordination of Root cause analysis on production issue including but not limited to Personalization machine software errors provide logs to analyze data if necessary next support Level enhance real-time monitoring solutions by adding dashboards subsequent queries to provide data Support/implement Thales' Personalization ISO specifications PCI-CP (VISA/MC) compliant working closely with the IT manager Security manager ensure highest level troubleshoot data processing providing root cause analysis perform software scripts when needed improve process writing maintaining proper documentation critical processes systems SOPs documentation control IT assets context PCI KPIs server availability performance+
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science Engineering equivalent experience MS Office Word Excel Power point Visio Outlook Skype Windows 7 10 Windows Server administrator MSSQL Oracle MariaDB Network setup connectivity test troubleshooting audit ISO 9001 14001 OHSAS 18001 Perso machines EMV personalization Thales Systems Platform SPI KMS Workestra SMS years Production experience good communication organizational time management skills fluent English goal oriented possess sense urgency capable work under pressure will work team members inside outside department PL/SQL Programming Course T-SQL SQL queries Oracle SQL queries MS SQLOracleMariaDB database knowledge Experience setting up Grafana dashboards Physical Demands Must left carry minimum lbs Must have ability use variety hand tools test replace PC components Must perform repetitive motion wrists hands fingers hours day up days
