Job summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Village of Ridgeview Court. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents and support our interdisciplinary teams in working towards quality improvement targets.The ideal candidate will have experience completing comprehensive geriatric assessments, leading coaching and mentoring care professionals in a healthcare setting, and maintaining current certifications such as Heart Save Level of CPR and AIS Certification.
